Useful Tips - Correct timing to take water

I have something good to share with you guys..[someone fwded to my email]
Correct timing to take water, will maximize its effectiveness to Human body.

  • Two (02) glass of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs
  • One (01) glasses of water - 30 minutes Before meal - Help digestion
  • One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressureOne
  • (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack

bulan puasa ni, alhamdulillah penghasilan susu tak putus..[walopon susuku tak selebat zaman2 aariz sebelum 1thn]..[fyi, saya dah stop fenugreek..sbb masuk botol ke-2 saya telan pil2 tu, susu saya takat tu je tak berubah sangat pon - awal2 tu lebat gak..tp lama2 dia tak berkesan dah]
sebelum tido minum air masak segelas..
time sahur, bangun2 je trus minum 2gelas air masak..lepas makan tu 1gelas horlicks + 1gelas anmum + 3bijik kurma + last skalik 1gelas air masak tuk ilangkan rasa manis2 kat mulut..
so far alhamdulillah, pam2 takde laa keciwa sangat..ada laa hasil yg bleh dibawak balik tuk aariz..
berusahalah!

  2. thanks for info. bulan puasa ni aku kurang minum air kosong agaknya, kelmarin demam.. so pastu, kena amalkan semula minum air at least 2 liter. bulan puasa ni nak minum air kosong malam2 2 liter, memang susah sket la.. kena regular bangun dan minum air..

    hehe horlicks tu sebenarnyeh tuk hubby..dah alang2 bancuh tuk dia, bancuh satu teko boleh kongsi2..since i tak amik apa2 suppl sekarang ni..kene laa jugak minum anmum tu..kang tak cukup zat plak anakku..mekaseh..hihi

    laa atul demam? siannye..aku ni lepas 15ramadhan je badan jadik lesu, panas pon terasa semakin terik..semakin mencabar plak semakin nak dekat raya..mmg kene minum lagik banyak air sekarang ni..
