pepagik bute, 5:30am aku dah bangun tuk ready for work!

minggu ni aku keje shift 6am-3pm..

so macam biasa,pepagik bute lalok2 ni on laptop..

keje dengan gigih ni..sbb ada banyak testing nak kene buat..

kekonon arini half day[cuti ada 26.5days so .5 tu kene habiskan jugak kalo tak rugi woo]

tetibe tgh rajin buat keje tuh, my boss sametime me[kami communicate thru lotus samteime - mcam ym/msn gak la] ..

boss: eh shouldn't you be off today?

me: eh i half day laa today

that's the info I capture fr the online leave where you have log it as 1.0 for 11/26.

Weekends @ tokbak & wan's house

ini entri dah basi..

kejadian 2 minggu lepas..

tapi nak jugak crite..

sbb macam2 kejadian berlaku..

ari sabtu tu mama cuti [dikerah habiskan cuti..kalo tak mama mmg keje tetiap sabtu]

maka mama ajak En. Daddy pulang ke mlk umah tokbak n wan..

yer laa dah lama tak balik..last balik mlk masa raya puasa aritu..

sian wan mesti rindukan cucunya aariz..

so pulanglah kami ke mlk cuti ujung minggu itu..

aper aktiviti kami di sana?

1. makan aiskem tak hengat dunia! mokde aariz beli half gallon of Baskin Robbins icecream! wowwee..makan tak hingat punye okeh! nyum nyumm!!

2. En. Daddy tolong tokbak menuai di kebun[oh ini bukan di farmville fesbuk okeh] ni real punye.. hasil nya: pisang satu tandan[ada 10 sikat kalo tak silap..banyak woh], jantung pisang, n pucuk ubi!

muka daddy baru bangun tido trus pi kebun..

3. makan2 di Asam pedas selera kampung sebelah MP..sedap sehingga menjilat jari! rugi sape tak cuba..pi laa try..pi pi..

ni lauk mama..ada ayam kampung, paru sambal, udang galahhhhh!! n sayur bendi amik dari asam pedas daddy

asam pedas..sedap woh!!

korang pernah makan ini? sedap gak ek buah berangan ni..

bila laa agaknye mama dapat naik menara taming sari ni? balik mlk dah slalu gak, tp tak jugak pergi2..haih

4. Aariz jatuh katil..oh tidak! runtun hati mama tgk aariz meraungtetengah malam tu..nasib baik tak lama sangat die nanges..mama dah takut dah..benjol kepala die...mama tuam2 lepas tu die dah gelak2..so kitorg tunggu sehari tuk monitor whether die ada muntah2 or demam..so far alhamdulillah die aktif macam biasa..alhamdulillah..

5.on the way balik to KL, singgah umah tokma n tokpa tuk sampaikan kiriman tokbak tuk tokma n tokpa..tokma baru balik dari terengganu..macam2 kitorg dapat..keropok lekor, keropok kering, gula kerek[oh mama berhajat nak wat buah melaka ni..bila laa agaknye ek]..then mama plak kene minyak panas masa goreng keropok lekor..keropok lekor tu meletup!adoi..bertompok2 muka mama! minyak panas kene kat mukaaaaaaaaa!! [nasib baik tak berparut sangat] pehtuh dah macam kene dera plak mama, tangan ber'splint', muka bertompok2 parut..serupa macam kene dera laa..

begitulah kesah kami di hujung minggu 2 minggu lepas..

oh next week kitorg ke sabahh..yahuuuuuuuuu!! coti coti malaysiaaaaaaa..[kes mahu menghabiskan cuti dan duit] oh..isnin depan 2nd anniversary mama n daddy..sambut di KK..yeah

M.E.N.G.A.N.T.O.K!!!

1.23 am - warghh mengantokk giloss trening di kala pagik2 bute ni.. [oh saye keje nite shift minggu ini]
nasib baik online training je..
bleh buat kat rumah..tayah susah2 pi office..
kalu tayah anta the cert to H-R, bleh gak tipu2..
hadoi laa dah 2 3 kali sangap nih..
nak main fwd je video, tak bleh laa plak..
terpaksa laa dengar die bebel2 sampai habis..hadoilaa
untuk menghilangkan ngantok, mari berbelog..hehe

tadik ptg ke TMC rehab center for physiotherapy session..
tak start pon lagik physionye..
aku just dipasangkan splint tuk membantu merehatkan tangan..
esok br akan bermula physiotherapyku..
ada 6 kali sesi yg perlu aku penuhi..
tadik masa the therapist pasang splint di tanganku, aku sempat membaca artikel mengenai sakitku ini..
rupe2nye ada banyak jenis dan nama sakit yg berkaitan ngan tendon di tangan n melibatkan jari ni..
salah satunya ialah deQervain's Tenditinitis..

DEQUERVAIN'S TENDINITIS
What is it?
DeQuervain's tendinitis is a condition brought on by irritation or swelling of the tendons found along the thumb side of the wrist. The irritation causes the compartment (lining) around the tendon to swell, changing the shape of the compartment. This makes it difficult for the tendons to move as they should. The swelling can cause pain and tenderness along the thumb side of the wrist, usually noticed when forming a fist, grasping or gripping things, or turning the wrist.
What causes it? The cause of DeQuervain's tendinitis is an irritation of the tendons at the base of the thumb. For example, awkward hand positions required by a new mother in caring for an infant is a common cause of this condition.
Signs and symptoms
Pain over the thumb side of the wrist is the main symptom. The pain may appear either gradually or suddenly. It is felt in the wrist and can travel up the forearm. The pain is usually worse with use of the hand and thumbs, especially when forcefully grasping things or twisting the wrist. Swelling over that thumb side of the wrist is noticed and may be accompanied by a fluid-filled cyst in this region. There may be an occasional "catching" or "snapping" when moving the thumb. Because of the pain and swelling, it may be difficult to move the thumb and wrist, such as in pinching. Irritation of the nerve lying on top of the tendon sheath may cause numbness on the back of the thumb and index finger.
Diagnosis
A Finkelstein test is generally performed. In this test, the patient makes a fist with the fingers over the thumb. The wrist is then bent in the direction of the little finger. This This test can be quite painful for the person with DeQuervain's tendinitis. Tenderness directly over the tendons on the thumb side of the wrist is the most common finding, however.
Treatment
The goal is to relieve the pain caused by the irritation and swelling. In some cases, your doctor may recommend resting the thumb and wrist by wearing a splint. Anti-inflammatory medication taken by mouth or injected into the tendon compartment may help reduce the swelling and relieve the pain. In some cases, simply not doing the activities that cause pain and swelling may allow the symptoms to go away on their own.
If symptoms are severe or do not improve, surgery may be recommended. The surgery is in the compartment (covering) to make more room for the irritated tendons. Normal use of the hand can usually be resumed when comfort and strength have returned. Your own surgeon can advise you on the best treatment for your situation. Splint yang aku kene pakai 20jam sehari..buka untuk mandi,solat atau makan saje..lain2 masa?tak bleh buka! tido pon kene pakai..

anak mama tgh jampi tgn mama supaya cepat baik..siap sembur2 gik..dah serupa macam tok bomoh siap sembur2..ahaha

nurse kat sana sangat lah tak friendly!
muka kelat! cakap pon cam blagak2! [not sure kalo nurse kat klinik2 pakar dia je cam tuh ke ataupon mmg semua nurse die mmg camni]
nak tunggu dapat GL sampai 2 jam lebeh!
bila aku buat muka penat tunggu, baru terhegeh2 datang cakap "sorry we didnt receive ur GL yet"..
gilo ape? dah 5 6 org patients yg datang selepas aku, semuanya dah balik..
aku masih lagik kat situ tak masuk2 gik tuk berjumpa dr!
aku call ING tanye, derang kater dah difax pon aku nye approval!
but then nurse kat situ masih buat dunno je!
dah 5 6 org kuar masuk bilik dr tuh, aku tak jugak dimasuk2kan!haih
dari kol 11am aku datang, akhirnye kol 1:30pm baru aku dapat masuk!
then dah dapat masuk, kene tunggu lagik..
tunggu GL for physio plak..haih..tunggu lagik..
by that time, aariz dah ngamok2 nak tido..[oh aku terhangkut die skalik sbb kitorg pi klinik dulu td tuk check die tkt2 ada internal problem sbb jatuh katil kemarin - alhamdulillah dr kater die ok]
sementara nak tunggu another GL, we decided to anta aariz to babysitter, n En. Daddy plak kene pi office..sbb die ada presentation..sian die setengah ari dok menemankan aku kat spital..padahal die ada presentation arinih!
so dalam kol 3.30pm aku pi semula tuk physiotherapy session..
but then u know what? they said the GL for that physio derang tak received lagik!
gilaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!! dah 2 jam tak dapt2 lagik?
then that nurse set another appointment which is tomorrow sbb kebetulan the person who handle the physio ada something to attend!
n that nurse said when they issued GL, the patient itself kene call .ING. sendrik!
aik tak pernah2 plak aku yg kene call .ING.?
slalunye aku kasik je referral letter, then spital laa sendrik uruskan for GL kan?
sakit jiwaaaaaaaaaaaaa ok!
aku balik dengan perasaan marah dan tak puas ati..[tp muka still maintain tahan marah gik]
sape yg hampeh sekarang ni?? .TMC.(Tro.picana Me.dical Cen.ter) kaa .ING.??
aku call lagik .ING. then derang kater derang tak receive pon lagik surat from the orthopaedic dr saying that i need the physio!
tadik si nurse tuh beriya2 kater derang dah anta!
tp aper plak citer ni?

naseb bayek that operator kater die akan call .TMC. then will inform me anything
haa kol 5pm tadik dapat sms form .ING. saying that my GL has been faxed to .TMC.!
ok tomorrow bleh straight to .TMC. rehab for physiotherapy
n tak perlu lah aku jumpe lagik nurse2 yg bermuka kelat tuh! i hate to see their face!
layan pon cam nak tanak je layan..ape muka aku ni muka smekin sangat ke takde class tuk dapat servis bagus derang? [ni yg aku perhati..kalo org yg dress up or nampak high class baru derang layan superb - aku bengang ok!]
oh tp next 2 weeks kene hadap lg muka derang for the follow up..hadoi

tetibe je aariz dah pandai ketap2 gusi die time breastfeed..[sakit woh! ni blom ada gigi, kalo dah ada, tatau laa camne]

tetibe je aariz dah pandai bebel2 sorang diri..[mama tak paham pon aper aariz bebelkan]

tetibe je aariz dah sangat tere masuk gear reverse..

tetibe je aariz dah pandai pusing2..[360 degree tu pusing2..undur2 then bila terlanggar almari, pusing..then undur lagik..tere tul..aariz dah cam vacuum cleaner yg auto tu plak mama tgk]
tetibe je aariz dah pandai angkat bontot cam nak merangkak..

tetibe je aariz dah jatuh katil..[erk ni akan diceritakan nanti]
